From special·precision machining to eco-friendly dry cleaning and surface treatment equipment manufacturing!
Since we were founded in 2003 as a manufacturer of special and precise machining for semiconductor equipment, we have been building a portfolio of stable projects,through our close relationships with major equipment corporations in South Korea.
The machining technologies and expertise we were able to build up over the years enabled us to establish a plasma research institute in 2015, which developed an eco-friendly dry cleaner. In the following year, we launched our atmospheric pressure plasma-DIEHARD equipped with semi-permanent electrode. To enter the non-contact cleaner system business, we added Ultrasonic Dry Cleaner System (USC) to our development and product lineup. Since its release, our pricing and quality have been recognized by major clients in South Korea and other countries.

Started in 2003 to create values in a new field, AI Korea is fully committed in providing customers
with specialized know-hows with many years of advanced technologies as a precise machining corporation
for semiconductors, LCD, OLED, automation equipment, medical devices, etc.
